Winter Movement Challenge

This seven week winter series will help to keep you active during the most challenging time of the winter season. While it can be easy to hibernate on the couch, our daily movement affects our overall health. According to Mayo Clinic, excess sitting is linked with 35 diseases and conditions, including obesity, hypertension, back pain, cancer, cardiovascular disease and depression. During this seven week email based series, the health coaching team will send you a different weekly movement video each Monday along with a tracking sheet. Each video will have a beginner, moderate, and advanced version to allow all fitness levels to participate. To receive credit for the group health coaches series send the completed tracking sheet back at the end of the week. Be on the lookout for bonus point opportunities along the way!
This is a seven week email coaching series that you will receive on Mondays at 8:00AM starting on 1/10/2022 and ending on 2/21/2022. You will be automatically enrolled for all seven sessions (1/10, 1/17, 1/24, 1/31, 2/7, 2/14 & 2/21) when you register for the first session.
