Winter Resilience: Managing Stress & Mental Health In The Winter Months

The winter months provide some of the biggest challenges to wellness during the year. The pressure of the holidays, the ongoing pandemic, and the risk of Seasonal Affective Disorder take a toll and can become problematic if we don’t care for ourselves. In this presentation, you’ll learn strategies for managing stress and building resiliency through the winter months.

Steve Davis, MA, LPCC Steve Davis is a licensed mental health professional and IMPACT Solutions account manager from Columbus, Ohio. Steve believes effective relationships are at the heart of his work and has a passion for helping organizations thrive through connection. Steve presents with a style that engages audiences, asking them to be active collaborators in creating practical learning. Steve has presented and written about wellness and has advanced training in Gestalt therapy. He loves to read, write, and be with his wife and son.
