But what happens when February hits and that used up gusto is nowhere to found. Join the OSU EAP for a Wellness Wednesday Lunch and Learn focused on discussing ways to maintain momentum in achieving the goals you have set and ways to get back on track if you wander off the path.
February 13 2019
- Clean eating: You might be eating “healthy” but are you eating “clean?” Believe it or not, there is a difference! Join OSU Health Coach Michael to discuss the basics of clean eating such as eating whole foods in their most natural state and avoiding processed foods like refined sugar. Be ready to discuss tips and tricks for incorporating clean eating into your daily nutrition routine!
March 13 2019

- Aligning your Life: Many of us want to “have it all”. In an ideal world we would all be able to be in perfect balance with work and our life, without having to give anything up or make sacrifices. But the world we live is requires hard choices and time management that does not always come naturally. Join the OSU EAP for a Wellness Wednesday Lunch and Learn focusing on aligning the aspects of your life and managing time more effectively.
