Most of us know the benefits of being physically active and engaging in regular exercise. However, about 60% of women in the U.S. are physically inactive. During this group coaching series, join OSU Health Coach Alison Barney to take a deeper look at women and exercise. We will discuss what exercise looks like for us as a gender and take note of special considerations such as body image, osteoporosis, menopause, pregnancy and parenting.
This is a four session series on Wednesdays from 12:30pm to 1:00pm starting on 4/30/2020 and ending on 5/21/2020. You will be automatically enrolled for all four sessions (4/30, 5/7, 5/14 & 5/21) when you register for the first session.
