Trying to find the time to fit in exercise while juggling our hectic schedules can be overwhelming. Fortunately, all you need is a few minutes and little to no equipment to make it happen right during the work day! Join Health Coach Sarah for this 4-week series where we will incorporate exercise into each session. Each week, we will discuss the different types of exercise as well as their recommendations and benefits for the first ~15 minutes and then complete a ~10 minute resistance band demo*, stretch flow or chair yoga exercise video to finish off the session right at your desk.
*A light resistance band or light set of dumbbells will be needed for this workout. This workout will be completed during the 3rd session of the series.
