This class will focus on the 24-form of Yang Tai Chi, which has also been called the simplified form. Learning Tai Chi can help with your focus, balance, and stress. In the practice, we will learn how to move with slow, flowing movements. This will help you to focus your energy. For this class you should wear comfortable loose-fitting clothing. You can wear sneakers, wrestling shoes, or any other footwear that is flat and comfortable. The strength and flexibility required for this class can be varied based on your ability.
This eight week class series is weekly on Fridays from July 12-August 30.
