This four week introductory yoga class is for adults with or without yoga experience. We invite you to touch up on your yoga foundations or to give yoga a try in a safe and supportive space. By attending this healing class you will reconnect with your body through learning basic yoga poses, gentle breathing, and guided meditative techniques. This class is open to all community members.
