Have you ever considered using your props for strength training, to improve balance, and promote mental agility? Consider using props to improve your breathing or to destress and drop deeper into relaxation?
This series of four, 1-hour classes will explore how to use yoga props. We will be creative as we explore all the uses to deepen your yoga experience. Who should use what props? When should I use props? Why should I use props? Whether this is your first class or you have taken thousands of yoga classes Susan is confident you will find new ways to use props. After this series your props may become your best friends.
- Class #1 Exploring yoga blocks. The moral support you didn’t know you needed.
- Class #2 Exploring yoga straps. The strongest link.
- Class #3 Exploring blankets and bolsters. Not your average throw pillow.
- Class #4 ALL the props. Now you are an expert & this is advanced practice!
