As a new member of FSFP, you can receive a complimentary comprehensive fitness assessment. The fitness assessment provides a recommended exercise program and an exercise science graduate student will show you how to properly perform your program.

As an employee at Ohio State, you can have access to all five indoor facilities and spacious parks with a Rec Sports membership. Full membership is $40.90/month (which is a discount of 20% off of the affiliate rate). Payroll deduction is available (must sign up in person at RPAC welcome center).
Choose from a variety of live virtual classes including Zumba, STRONG and HIIT just to name a few. These classes are regularly scheduled throughout the calendar year on various dates and times.
