RethinkCare (formerly Whil) is an evidence-based digital training program that leverages neuroscience, positive psychology, and adult learning theory. Enjoy on-demand access to mini-courses with audio and video sessions, tips, articles, and exercises that will enable you to build easy-to-learn skills. If you have a personal health goal that includes managing your stress better, improving your sleep health and practicing mindfulness, Ohio State Health Coaches are happy to help you set realistic goals and provide you with support and resources to motivate you along the way towards your goals.

Group Health Coaching

Would you or your co-workers like to work together to lose weight, manage stress, and/or quit smoking? A health coach can help you develop an action plan with personalized goals to improve your health and wellness.

Telephonic Mindfulness Coaching

The Ohio State Employee Assistance Program (powered by Impact Solutions) offers mindfulness coaching for employees and their family members. Receive five free coaching calls with a mindfulness coach each year.  You can request a mindfulness coach by using this new online form, contacting, or by calling (800) 678-6265.
