RethinkCare (formerly Whil) is an evidence-based digital training program that leverages neuroscience, positive psychology, and adult learning theory. Bonus Reward Completion Requirements

As one of the programs to help you earn the 2023 bonus incentive, the completion requirements include:

  • Complete 1 session per week for 16 weeks*
  • Bonus activity is awarded weekly based on timing of completion. If you complete the action from Monday through Sunday, you will be rewarded the following Monday.

YP4H Points

You can earn additional points for RethinkCare participation when you:

  • Complete all RethinkCare sessions under a program – 100 points up to 3/month (awarded daily)
  • Complete 20 RethinkCare sessions in a month – 200 points (awarded daily)
  • NOTE: points are no longer awarded for completing daily RethinkCare sessions (as they have been in previous program years)

Bonus Reward Completion Tracking

*To track your RethinkCare session completion, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Virgin Pulse account and click the ‘Benefits’ tab at the top
  2. Click ‘View All’ or use the Search tool to find the RethinkCare tile and click on it
  3. Click ‘Start Now’ to be taken to your RethinkCare account
  4. Once in RethinkCare, click the profile icon in the top right and select the ‘My Account’ link from the drop down menu
  5. Under the ‘Minutes Trained’ section at the top, click the ‘View Your History’ link
  6. For RethinkCare, the week starts on a Monday and ends on a Sunday; any session completed within that timeframe will count as 1 week
  • Note: this was previously available to be tracked via a progress bar on the ‘How To Earn’ page within Virgin Pulse, but due to a system bug, this is no longer available.

Once you complete 1 session per week for 16 weeks, you will see a checkmark next to the RethinkCare requirement in the section titled ‘Additional Ways to Earn: Complete 2 out of 4’ on your Rewards page. Due to processing times, this confirmation may not appear until up to one week after the completion of your final RethinkCare session.
