Incentive Program for Spouses

During the program year (January through December), you have many opportunities to earn points every day, which can quickly accumulate to help you complete up to four incentive levels each quarter. Rewards for those enrolled in a medical plan include premium credit, Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) credits, and PulseCash.

Premium Credit

Additional premium credit to reduce the employee’s medical plan contribution is provided when you complete the Personal Health and Well-being Assessment (PHA) by the end of the program year (December 31, 2020)

Together, you and your spouse can earn up to $480 in premium credits in 2020.

Additional Incentives

Below is the program available each quarter in 2020 for spouses enrolled in an Ohio State medical plan.

You can earn up to $75 HRA credit and $25 pulse cash each quarter.  The quarterly program will reset on January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1.
