In an effort to increase workplace mellowness, Buckeye Wellness has made arrangements to provide OSU employees with FREE YOGA instruction in the 18th Ave Library Wellness Room. A variety of instructors involved with the Yoga on High Teacher Training program will be leading the classes. These classes are open to aspiring yogis of all levels.These guided 30-minute sessions are accessible for people in business casual attire and will focus on rejuvenative stretching exercises that generally won’t make you sweat. Please bring your own mat and water as…
